You can pay your water/sewer bill via MuniciPAY using:
Credit Card Payments Made Online
Now you can pay your water/sewer bill from the comfort of your home or office by using our online payment service. Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa. A per transaction service fee of 2.65% or $3.00 minimum will be charged by the payment processing company for this service. To make an online water/sewer payment using a credit card, click the "PAY MY WATER/SEWER BILL ONLINE" button below.
Electronic Check Payments
The Village of Brownville now accepts electronic check payments using our online payment service. Payments will be charged to your checking or savings account at your bank. You will need your 9-digit routing number, as well as your account number from your personal checks (see example below). A per transaction service fee of $1.50 will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.
IMPORTANT: To make an online water/sewer payment using and eCheck, click the "PAY MY WATER/SEWER BILL ONLINE" button below. When Payment Options appears, click on the “Switch to Pay with Check” link and then continue entering your information.
Credit Card Payments Made in Office or via Telephone
The Village of Brownville offers the convenience of accepting MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Visa credit cards for your water/sewer bill. The payment processing company charges a service fee of 2.65% or $3.00 minimum to cardholders who use this service. Just stop by our office or give us a call at 315-782-7650 to use your MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express or Visa.
- Please include your 4 digit water/sewer account number with your payment.
- Please make payments for the EXACT amount and DO NOT round up. Incorrect payments will be returned. If you are unsure of how much you owe, please contact the Village Office.
- MuniciPAY service fee is non-refundable for a returned payment. Please make sure you pay the correct amount, including late and/or turn on fees in applicable.
- Cash and checks will still be acceptable forms of payment in our office, mailed or left in the lock box at no additional fee.
- This link is for water/sewer payments ONLY. Tax payments must still be mailed or paid in our Village Office.
